NIS revised passport fees for applications made in Nigeria from 1 September 2025. Diaspora passport application rates remain listed by NIS at $150 for the 32-page 5-year booklet and $230 for the 64-page 10-year booklet. Domestic rates are ₦100,000 and ₦200,000 respectively. All passport payments should be made via the official NIS online portal.
